Download Windows Phone 8 SDK both Offline or Online version

 

Microsoft recently released the Windows Phone 8 SDK in a Windows Phone 8 official Launch, Microsoft publicly released the Software Development Kit for WP8 to its developers. 2 years later the first release of the Window's Phone (which is in Nov 2010) now with a much more enhancements and new features this version will provide the developers a new version to start developing the applications. Minimum System Requirements:

Windows Phone 8 SDK will work on the latest Windows 8 Operating system as it’s the new emulators that supports only on Windows 8. So for developers who use the lower version can target the Windows Phone 7 development. Also the development machine should support the Hyper-V by default, while the installation of the SDK the Hyper-V will be checked and prompted if not activated by the developer on the development machine.

Where to Download the SDK?

Once you are ready with your development environment which supports the above requirements, you are set to download the sdk from the official Microsoft website. Microsoft provides 2 options, but downloading an offline version if we want to target multiple development machine or an online version which downloads the SDK directly on to the development machine in installation mode. Offline version provides an advantage of reusing while the offline version will be installed once in the development machine.
